Worker assist

Step-by-step guidance, checks and answers for people on the shop floor, on tablets, wearables or headsets.

01 · Build

What we build

The person at the station knows the work, and the paper instruction often does not keep up.

  • Digital work instructions with photos, tolerances and sign-off at each step
  • Assistants that answer from your manuals and SOPs, citing the page
  • Voice and hands-free modes for gloved or busy hands
  • A skills matrix linked to the tasks each person is cleared for
  • AR overlays for assembly and inspection on tablets or headsets
  • Operator feedback routed to engineering as improvement requests

03 · Features

What it does well

  • 01

    One current version

Every station shows the approved revision, and old instructions are withdrawn at once.

  • 02

    Answers with sources

The assistant quotes the SOP and page it used, and says so when the manual is silent.

  • 03

    Checks in the flow

Torque values, photos and readings are captured as part of the step, not afterwards.

  • 04

    Cleared to work

A task opens only for people whose training for it is current in the skills matrix.

  • 05

    Many languages

Instructions and answers appear in the language each operator chooses.

  • 06

    Ideas captured

An operator can flag a step that is wrong or slow, and it reaches the engineer who owns it.

04 · FAQ

Questions

Will the assistant make things up?

It answers only from the documents you approve and shows the source for each answer. When the documents do not cover a question, it says so and suggests who to ask. Answers are logged, and engineers review the ones operators mark as wrong.

Do operators need headsets?

Rarely. Most instructions work best on a tablet or a screen at the station. Headsets help for hands-busy tasks such as complex assembly or inspection, and we suggest them only where a trial shows they save time or errors.

Can it work without Wi-Fi on the floor?

Yes. Instructions and the current SOPs are cached on the device, steps and sign-offs are stored locally, and everything syncs when the connection returns. The assistant needs a connection unless a local model is deployed on site.
